How can you get a divorce from a spouse in the Phillipines, through another counrty, USA or Hong Kong maybe?
My girlfriend is Philipina and living in China she wants to divorice her cheating husband in the Phillipines and marry me a U.S. citizen. But the divorce laws in the Phillipines are hard and expensive to do. I want to get her a fiancee visa for US but have find a way for her to get divoriced with out going back to the Phillipines. Can anyone please help us? How could I get her a Visa maybe then get a divorce here? I have searched long and hard and can't find the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
