Divorce Paralegal

What is the BIG deal about filling for divorce for adultery?
I plan on filling for divorce from my husband for adultery and A LOT of lawyers are VERY hesitant to take a case for adultery which I don't understand maybe a lawyer or paralegal can explain it to me. Adultery vs Incompatibility, what's the difference?
I have SOLID proof. For a fact.
I am not a lawyer, but I do know this.....IF you file for divorce from your husband for adultery, you have to prove it....it is your burden to show the hard cold facts and evidence that your husband has been cheating on you.....which the lawyers say can be difficult to do....It is time consuming and sometimes very costly gathering all of the evidence needed to prove your case....Good luck,,,,
The good news is....IF you can prove your case, most of the time your divorce can proceed and go through much faster than having to traditionally go through a waiting period or a long separation.
