can a permanent residence green card be revoked?
i married a woman who was not a citizen.we have one child together.i thought the relationship was for real but once she got her green card she completely changed.we havent been together in a year,i thought things would work out but she is off elsewhere and im left looking stupid.is there anyway i can have the green card revoked?we were married in 04' but i didnt petition for her until 06' but now she has the permanent card and is showing her true colors.i know that something can be done,but what?i dont want to be used like this.i just filed child support on myself in order to go to court to get Joint Custody,plus i want to help with the baby.outside of that i dont know what to do.would divorce help?i definately dont want to be married to someone im not with.can someone out there help me!!!!!!!!!
Waw in your own words you just discribed what happend to me too and same timing too. Here is the deal. I know you can report her because by law she has to be in good standing for a full 2 years. So if she has her papers for that long then forgeit if not you can call them up and report, You know.. My ex-husband did this to me to. but luckly I have my baby and nothing is going to take him away from me.
