Divorce Fees Nebraska
nebraska woman wanting divorce from deported mexican?
July 2006, 2nd offense domestic assault charges were pressed on my friends husband and he was deported back to Mexico, No word from him at all, even to concern his child which neither has Custody of, maternal grandparents have guardianship legally. Where does she start her proceedings to divorce this abusive, neglectful illegal alien. Does she qualify for any financial help for the fees from any organization, seeming, as how she was the victim. Please note, this is in NEBRASKA. Thank you.
If he was married to your friend (whom I assume is a legal citizen)... he would no longer be considered an "illegal" so why would they deport him? He should have been prosecuted for a domestic charge.
What SHE needs to do is contact the local family court in NEBRASKA and ask!
As for "assistance" well... I know you won't like this, but SHE married him, not the tax payers... like the old saying goes "She saddled up that pony, let her ride it"
