Divorce Croatia

ex relocated to italy, owns props there & uk but not help support children. what can I do?

I have supported children on own since divorce with only the occasional payments from ex via enforcement in uk courts I am now redundant with 1 months money spent and no job. He starts to pay, he stops virtually immediately, he moves, changes companies, the children get nothing. He relocated to italy & is buying & selling prop in slovenia.croatia and northern italy (tells children & me this). He continues to see the children on regular visits home. I am massively in debt and facing repossession of home. courts won't enforce as not living in uk even though know he owns properties but won't do anything because non resident; official solicitor and remo legislation apprently can't be used as I have to know where he lives italy and have details about how he supports himself. csa say not resident in uk, no address can't do anything.

I would welcome any suggestions for a person of limited means to find out where he lives &/or any suggestions for enforcing the court order.

Is the property in the UK empty? If so squat with the kids, they can't evict you and you have the moral highground.
