I got my Aust PR class BN subclass 136 as a spouse when my husband applied for PR 2 years ago.?
We are going to get divorce, Will my Aust PR status be affected?
If you already have Permanent Residency, it will not be affected by your divorce unless DIAC becomes aware of evidence that the marriage was fraudulent. If your marriage was genuine, you have nothing to worry about.
