I have been separated 12 months and wish to file for a divorce in Queensland Australia?
How long does it take a solicitor to finalized the Divorced once the application has been summitted. I have been told it can take up to five months
It can take as long as you guys let it. I live in Tenn. Here it takes about 3 months. Mine was done in 30 days. My ex cheated and she told her lawyer. Therefor it only took 30 days b/c she was in default. But here you have to have parent classes. You both have to have them before the divorce with be over. So it can drag out for along time if everyone cant agree on everything or if one person dont get there parenting class.
