divorce from a homosexual man.?
hi, i was married in india to a doctor(GP) in cairns. he is a temporary resident working at a 24 hr medical center there. After i moved to cairns i found out that he is gay. my question is since we both are not australian citizens.. what are the laws that apply to both of us regarding divorce? can he file for divorce in cairns?.
